msmobiles linked the review on the HTC Kaiser from a Italian site, link here.  I worked around it a bit and the translation of the Italian site can be found here.  Some good pics, seems like the Kaiser utilizes the same HTC today screen as the HTC Touch (lack the touch-flo function of course) with the addition of a ringtone profile button right next to the application button on the screen (see pic below). 

The video from the review, tho in Italian, is informative and fun to watch (sorry, no translation there).  Enjoy.
